Polinsky Honey is a second generation honey farm owned and operated by a third generation apiarist and his family.

We are located in Theodore Saskatchewan surrounded by luscious grasslands, cropland, and foresty areas making it

the ideal place to keep honeybees.  The bees feed mostly off of alfalfa, wildflowers and some canola, creating a

taste of honey that is unique only to the Canadian prairies.   

For us, this is not just a business, it is our passion, it is our legacy.  

We have the utmost respect for our bees and their role in nature, they are truly amazing creatures that

deserve to be cherished and protected.  We do everything possible to ensure that our bees live in a

healthy and safe environment and they reward us by creating a product that we can be proud of.
